HOW AM I LIVING MY PRIORITIES THIS MONTH?

Priority of the month: to prioritise health and well-being by incorporating more movement and healthier foods into my lifestyle.

Self-development goal: to attend open evening events at local theatre groups and read one of my poems at a poetry open mic night.

Intention of the month: to remember the abundance of opportunities that change can bring.
