With longer days, warmer climes and much more sunshine, it can be a little easier to feel energised and motivated in the summer months. But how we can use this new zest for life to our best?

July's Monthly Check-in:
Theme of the month: confidence & conviction.
Priorities for this month: rehearsing for my Fringe show; gym & fitness; cooking & eating whole foods; rest & pampering; and finally, general preparation for August and the Fringe.
Main priority of the month: a healthy diet for slow release energy.
Self-development goal: to practise my show and start performing parts of it to others.
Intention of the month: to be ready to receive what is meant for me; stepping into my power; and finally, embracing my feminine energy.
What am I reading this month?
The Four Ways to Well-being by Nicola Elliot.
What are your priorities this July?

Self-care Activities:
Below is a list of self-care practices that I will be adopting this month:
less plans;
cooking & food prep;
zero caffeine, sugar and processed foods;
dancing & running;
and finally, treating myself to a pedicure & a trip to the hairdressers .
