We are now in the penultimate month of 2025, so how can we make the most of this precious time and use it to set us up for the beginning of 2026?

November's Monthly Check-in:


Theme of the month: balance.


Priorities for this month: learning my lines and performing in my next show; time outside in nature; promoting and advertising my debut book; managing my finances; and finally, exercise.


Main priority of the month: well-being.

Self-development goal: continue to develop my knowledge on how to use various social media platforms.

Intention of the month: to release anything that no longer serves me.


Daily habits to incorporate: continue taking vitamin D tablets to combat the lack of sunshine; exercise everyday for 30 minutes; and finally, read before bedtime.

Self-care Activities:

Below is a list of nourishing self-care practices:

  • getting out in nature;

  • enjoying micro-joys like a the changing seasons and a soothing hot drink;

  • self-compassion and positive self-talk;

  • more free time on my calendar and "to-do list";

  • and finally, creating a calming and relaxing living space.


So as we go into November, how will you use this time to lay your foundations for 2026?
