We are now in the final month of 2025... What does this festive season look like for you?

December's Monthly Check-in:
Theme of the month: wholesome vibes.
Priorities for this month: learning my lines for a short film; de-cluttering my space and organising for 2026; promoting and advertising my debut book (with some more writing time); doing less and relaxing; and finally, enjoying the festivities with friends and family.
Main priority of the month: health and well-being.
Self-development goal: to gain experience of starring in a short film.
Intention of the month: to enjoy wholesome vibes and activities.
Daily habits to incorporate: consistent bedtime and wake-up time; exercise everyday for 30 minutes outside; and finally, taking my vitamins.
What am I reading this month?
This Book May Save Your Life by Dr. Karan Rajan.
What are your priorities and goals this December?

Self-care Activities:
Below is a list of nourishing self-care practices:
decorating my home space for the Christmas festivities;
enjoying quiet, cosy evenings in pjs with a Christmas film;
sorting and de-cluttering my environment for 2026;
more free time on my calendar to simply "potter" and just be;
and finally, appreciating the winter buzz of the Christmas countdown, lights and decorations.
So as we go into December, how will you use this time to reflect on 2025 and prepare for 2026?
