May's Monthly Check-in:
Theme of the month: completion & progress.
Priorities for this month: writing; holiday; work on Edinburgh Fringe Show; going to the gym; and finally, spending time in my new space.
Main priority of the month: health & balance.
Self-development goal: to put myself out there with my writing and performance in preparation for my fringe show .
Intention of the month: to enjoy every day.
What am I reading this month?
Micro Habits: Tiny Changes that Supercharge High Performance by Jake Humphrey & Damian Hughes. Still reading this - didn't get much reading done last month!
What are your priorities this May?

Self-care Activities:
Below is a list of self-care practices that I will be adopting this month:
more balance & moderation;
less time doing & more time being;
aim for more fruit & veg per day;
use my gym membership regularly;
and finally, prioritise early nights.
So as we go into May, how can you take time out for you?
