We are well and truly into 2026! So what does this month mean to you?

February's Monthly Check-in:
Theme of the month: progress/moving forward.
Priorities for this month: the one act festival, free time for relaxing hobbies, daily exercise, sleep & taking vitamins.
Main priority of the month: the one act festival.
Self-development goal: to prepare for my upcoming book fairs.
Intention of the month: to lead each day with gratitude.
What am I reading this month?

What are your priorities this February?

Self-care Activities:
Below is a list of self-care practices that I will be adopting this month:
scheduling time to engage in relaxing hobbies like painting;
scheduling time for rest;
getting out in nature as much as possible;
practising meditation in the morning and evenings;
and finally, practising gratitude (paired with my meditation).
So as we go into February, how can you take time out for you?
