Festivals, family, friends, fun & FRINGE!

Getting ready for an evening out!
Getting ready for an evening out!

My Highlights:

  • a trip to Manchester (pictures below);

  • taking my book to a Literary Festival in Glasgow;

  • lunches with friends & family;

  • rehearsals for my show with friends;

  • friends & family visiting for the Fringe;

  • and finally, finishing my script and performing my debut show at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2026 (a blog post dedicated to this will be published soon!).

Read on to find out all about my highlights and lowlights over the past month!

My Lowlights:

  • feeling exposed and vulnerable (and sometimes stupid) about my creative works;

  • struggling to source self-belief;

  • and finally, facing the most raw parts of myself (along with the toughest emotions) and trying to sit with them.

Lessons Learnt:

  1. Learning that I am still learning about myself.

  2. To carefully schedule and plan to avoid burnout and fatigue.

  3. Rest has to be part of the plan.

  4. Not everything has to be sorted & solved today: some worries can wait.

  5. Small actions can alleviate some anxiety.

Edinburgh
See you soon!

Thank you for reading my blog
