As we head into the summer months, let's top up the wellness!

June's Monthly Check-in:
Theme of the month: progress & preparation.
Priorities for this month: writing my show for fringe; gym & fitness; connecting with friends & family; rest & relaxation; and finally, continuing to enjoy my new space.
Main priority of the month: fitness & energy.
Self-development goal: to continue developing my show for the fringe festival and experiment with social media to help promote it.
Intention of the month: to feel feelings instead of thinking my way out of them.
What am I reading this month?
The Four Ways to Well-being by Nicola Elliot.
What are your priorities this June?

Self-care Activities:
Below is a list of self-care practices that I will be adopting this month:
more sleep & rest;
vitamins & supplements;
less sugar & less coffee
time outside and the gym;
and finally, less screen time before bed.
